What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule online up to 48 hours before your appointment, and until 24 hours before via phone or email. If you cancel on short notice or do not show up, we may ask you to cover the costs.

Can I bring someone with me to the appointment?

Absolutely! If you would like to bring a friend or family member, please let us know in advance. We can extend the appointment so both of you can enjoy the analysis.

What kind of recommendations will I receive after the analysis?
